You give us sensitive information about your body. We treat it as such. Your intake is encrypted, never sold, never used to train external models, and deletable at any time by writing to hello@yarrowandflint.com.
What we collect
Information you provide directly: your intake answers (symptoms, cycle history, lifestyle, goals), your name and email, and your billing details handled by our payment processor. We also log basic technical data — device, browser, and pages visited — to keep the site working.
How we use it
Your intake is used solely to compose, deliver, and revise your personalized PDF guide. Your email is used to send your guide, revisions, and optional seasonal refreshes you opt into. We do not advertise to you and we do not share your information with third parties for their marketing.
Health information
Yarrow & Flint is an educational product. The information you share is treated as confidential and is not used to train external AI models. Internal review is limited to the editorial reviewer assigned to your guide.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it entirely at any time. Requests are processed within 14 days.
