The agreement

By purchasing a Yarrow & Flint guide, you agree to these terms. The guide is a digital, personalized PDF prepared from the intake you provide.

Not medical advice

Yarrow & Flint is educational. It is not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, or care from a licensed clinician. Always consult your doctor before changing medication, supplements, or treatment plans.

Delivery

Your guide is delivered as a PDF to your email within 48 hours of completing your intake. You may request two free revisions within 30 days of delivery. Optional seasonal refreshes are billed separately at $18 each only when you request them.

Refund policy

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase. If your plan isn't right for you, email hello@yarrowandflint.com within 14 days with a brief note about what didn't fit. We'll revise your plan based on your feedback — usually within 48 hours. If the revised plan still doesn't serve you, we'll refund you in full to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

One revision and one refund per customer. After 14 days, refunds are reviewed case-by-case. Seasonal refreshes are non-refundable once delivered, but you may pause or cancel future refreshes anytime.

We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of clear misuse — including repeat purchases from the same customer, automated or bulk orders, or requests made after the plan has been shared or redistributed.

Personal use

Your guide is licensed to you for personal use. Please don't redistribute, resell, or publish it. Quoting passages with attribution is welcome.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced by email to active customers.
